Hi, I'm Cassandra! I grew up in Happy Valley, Pennsylvania, and these days I call Houston, Texas home. Before finding my way to RABS, I spent 15 years in hospitality, a world that taught me how much a genuine smile, a little patience, and real connection can mean to someone's day. When my friend Ashlynn told me about RABS, something just clicked, and I made the leap into a whole new industry. I started on the helpdesk on July 6, 2021, and five years of hard work later, I was promoted to Accounts Assistant. Respect, accountability, and better service aren't just words to me — they're how I try to treat every person I work with. My personal motto? Be kind, and leave people better than you found them. I truly believe every day is a chance to grow, and I love being part of that growth for our clients and my teammates alike. When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me out in nature or elbow-deep in clay at my pottery studio, making something new.
